Being a leader is not an easy task.
Some people maight say, ‘kau rileks je buat biasa-biasa’.
But the truth is, if you take it too easy and just goofy around, you might face
a lot of problems.
Some people are born to be a leader. They have the talent
and skills.
Some people are trained and being polished up the skills and
talents to being a leader.
Leader are the one who lead, not only giving orders.
As a leader, you will receive a variety of pressures,
opinions, suggestions and criticisms from various quarters/party or even from
your own people and it is a normal things.
But then the real question showed up. How you’re going to
give a respond ?
Different leader/people have their own way on facing a
problem/issues in front of them.
Leader 1
·
Not listening to anyone else voices, and believe
only to his own voice. But yet they/his success.
Leader 2
·
Listening
and considering others opinions and voices, sit and analyse to make a decision.
Yet they/his success.
Leader 3
·
Listening and considering others opinions and
voices, sit and analyse to make a decision.
Having discussion and take the best. Yet they/his success.
So, every leader have their own way to make a decision.
Normally, people do not like a straight leader because it
potray a bad personality and ignorance. Some will like and some will not. It
depends.
As a leader, he should have a firm stand in every issues.
Trusting his people and respect their thought and opinions. Be a leader who has
a ‘big ear’ which mean always listen and consider about what people need.
We need to voice out our opinion and dare to speak up in any
issues that related to us because if we are afraid to do so, a good change will
never happened. Debate or changing of opinion is not mean that you’re fighting
or hate anyone. Its not compatible to compare. No contradictions at all.
Never afraid to step out from our comfort zone.
Don’t afraid to be different.
I personally adore Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad, our fourth
Prime Minister of Malaysia. He is a great leader.
